Joük presents a new adult league inviting adults of all ages:
From October 6th- December 22th
Regardless of your level (Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner) and gender, we invite you to participate, have fun, and meet people who also love this sport.
Time
6:30 pm-7:30 pm.
Indoor Location
410 E 100th St, New York, NY 10029- rain or shine.
Make sure to walk through the red doors.
What to bring?
Soccer attire (soccer shorts, shirt, athletic socks), and indoor soccer shoes.

15 players.

$15 (per class)

Setup
- Teams play 4 minutes at a time, winner stays on.
- If one team scores 3 goals before time’s up, the losing team goes out early.
- If there is a tie, the newest team stays on.
- No goalies, no penalties.
Teams
- Teams are formed at the session.
- Each team is 5 players.
- If one team has less players, they can pull players from the team coming off.
Rules
- No goals from over the halfway line.
- Game is restarted with kick-ins, including both sideline kick-ins and corner kicks.
- Goals CAN be scored off corner kicks. Goals CAN NOT be scored from sideline kick-ins.
- Kick-ins after goals should be taken from between goal posts, no further than 3 ft from goal-line?
Gear
- Flat indoor sneakers (no cleats).
- Size 4 futsal ball.
- Shinguards.
