We’ll work on agility, quickness, and speed and practice soccer skills with lots of fun small-team games. (See complete schedule below.)

📍 Location: 2 Waterline building, indoor soccer field

Bring: Flat soccer shoes, athletic gear, shinguards, water

Mini-Camp Schedule:

Our three highly-experienced coaches will work on skills from agility to ball handling through fun activities, with an eye toward team-building.

9:00 to 9:30 am: Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Strength (SAQS) with team building exercises.

9:30 to 9:35: Break

9:35 to 10:00: Speed and direction changing games

10:00 to 10:05: Water break

10:05 to 10:30: Individual Skills (Me and My Ball, 1 V 1 Across the Court)

10:30 to 11:00: Snack + water break

11:00 to 11:45: Lightning group soccer games

11:45 to 12 pm: Dismissal
